By accessing and using Ghost Mannequin Service ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Service Description
Ghost Mannequin Service provides professional image editing services, specifically focusing on ghost mannequin (invisible mannequin) editing, neck joint reconstruction, and apparel retouching for e-commerce brands.
3. Confidentiality and NDA
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased product images submitted to us. We agree not to share, distribute, or publicly post any client images without explicit written consent. Our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies automatically to all enterprise accounts.
4. Revisions and Quality Guarantee
We offer a quality guarantee on all edits. If an image does not meet the requirements specified in the initial brief, we will provide revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established prior to project commencement. For high-volume enterprise clients, we offer net-30 billing cycles. For standard orders, payment may be required upon project completion and approval.
